Yesterday, I amazingly shed 1.5kg off my body! Yippee =D
What I did yesterday:
11am wake up
11.30 - 12.30 watch tv
12.30 lunch
afternoon - shopping!
5.30-6.30 Body combat @ fz
6.30 - 7.30 - Rest .. talked to my sis @ fz lounge .. ate 1 sweet
7.30-8.30 - cycling wit Rosa =D
9- ate lil bit fr supper =D
12am - sleep
