3 very different people - my idols !

Nicholas Teo is my bigges idol ! He has this deep voice, full of feelings when he sings. I love the way he smiles. He is also a great actor ! =D

I first met him in UBD when I was in a camp. He is Tatsuaki Kamoi from Japan. He is kinda shy and quite but also has a huge sense of humor =D

The baby picture is of Andy Roddick when he was still a baby and the picture below it is of the grown up Andy Roddick. Andy Roddick is a great tennis player with a high sense of humor. He is currently ranked number 3 in the ATP tour behind Federrer and Nadal.

My idols all have different personalities and careers. That is what make them so special.

Speech Competition - Maktab Sains

Today, Maktab Sains held its annual Speech Competition. The speeches were GREAT ! Congratulations to Sulaiman for winning the form 4&5 category and also to Ian for coming in second ! Not to mention Dewi n Rashidah ! Congratz to all !!

I especially liked Rashidah's speech =D It contained just the right information to entertain us ( the students ) since most of us are in the "Puppy Love" stage .. Haha .. Dun get offended yea =D

After the speech competition, we had bio lessons ! It was quite a short lesson but really interesting =D My teacher ask us to divide into 6 groups n each group would have to present about a topic given to them =D

After bio, its P.E .. Well, I must admit I know nothing about netball !! Haha .. So when the teacher was explaining , I sort of dun noe what she was talking about. Then we have the practical section..

Overall, its a nice morning with little work to do =D I got to miss English, Geo n D Maths !!

Plants - Easy ... Or Not ?

I recently discovered that the easiest thing to work on for photography is plants. The are just the right size and doesn't move around. Unlike buildings which are really big and humans who always move ..



If you are just beginning to learn how to take picture .. you should work on plants .. They are very easy to work on and is usually the easist to focus on .. It is easy to get the perfect lighting for a good picture also as plants always grow in a place with not too much or too little sunlight =D

Nicholas Teo - Cutest guy on earth

Nicholas Teo is a Malaysian singer/actor. He has starred in Smiling Pasta and Third Generation. He is from Kuching Malaysia. Nicholas is born in 1982 and is now 24 years old.

I have been really obssessed with him since after watching smiling pasta. He has this really cute smile =D .. I also adore his songs especially Tears from Polaris =P

My friends are getting really annoyed with me talking about him all the time. To them, he is just a normal guy who sings .. Buit to me .. he is GOD ! He is amazing and has this really nice sweet voice =D I dunno about my friends but alot of other around the world likes him too =D

He is now officially my idol together with tatsuaki kamoi and Andy Roddick =D

"Flying Man"

Have you ever noticed that most of the time when someone takes a picture of an athelete sprinting, the athelete will appear to be "flying" in the air? I am so fascinated by that that I decided to try it out myself. So taday, during sports day, I brought along my camera and tried to capture the atheletes up in the air. It was harder than I thought .. The athelets are so fast that I could barely catch them on film ..

Hulubalang - 2007's winner

This year, our sports day is held at the Padang Balapan, near the swimming pool. It was a really hot day n miraculously, it didn't rain ! It had been raining every morning a few days before sports day n a lot of people had this "feeling" that it was gonna rain.


Hulubalang won the march past, which was not at all surprising as they were the most energetic house of all. Other houses concentrated too much on getting the moves right and hence do not concentrate on actually putting energy into every move.


At the end of the day, they announced that they had minused alot of marks from either Laksamana or Hulubalang ( didn't hear lol .. ) n minused some marks from Panglima n Pahlawan for dirtying up the stands. Everyone was surprised about this as everyone has worked hard to keep the stands real clean. Anyway .. when they announced that the winner is Hulubalang .. The Hulubalangnians rose up to their feet n shouted n clapped n screamed .. Disappointed faces can be seen all around the other houses ..


As a closing ceremony, the principal releases four each of red, blue, yellow n green balloons into the air. Everyone looked into the air n watch the balloons disappear . Overall, it was an exciting day.


CONGRATULATIONS to HULUBALANG !!

The world's toughest subjects

Physics is by far the most challenging subject that ever existed. It is also the most important ssubject. Without a pass in physics , you won't be able to ddo medicine or engineering. Your jobs will be limited to the business category n education only.

The worst topic I have endured so far is latent heat. The teacher make it seem so simple but when I attempted the questions, I couldn't even answer one ! It is so challenging with all the heat capacities and all ...

A Maths is also very very tough with all those formulae and concepts ..

Haiz .. Why oh why are those two subjects made to be so hard ? I barely know what I am doing more than half the time during those two classes. I struggle with homework and end up copying most of the time =P
